YOGA/PILATES
This yoga-inspired course is a perfect way to release your muscles and relax your mind. Each session will move through a different physical focus (be it neck, back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, or arms) to stretch deeply and strengthen at the same time. The asanas help us to tune into our breath while practicing balance and toning through body-weight exercise. No special equipment is necessary here, just your mat and an open mind. Movements from Pilates will also be used to target core development and posture improvement. The class ends with a short meditation. Beginners to advanced yogis welcome!
