If you want to challenge yourself, and you are ready to mix up your routine, bootcamp may be for you. Bootcamp combines strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. Each session consists of circuit training with weighted exercises, whether with equipment or body weight, and some High-Intensity-Interval Training (HIIT) worked in. It will get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and challenge your muscles. Not only do you build and strengthen your muscles, you will also improve your cardiovascular fitness level. Everyone works at their own pace, be it low or high impact. The objective is to learn the moves, ensure good form, and get stronger. Either way, you will be challenged.
