Focused on building your cardiovascular strength and endurance, your instructor will get your heart pumping through a series of fun and energetic movements that you can do at the pace that is right for you. Cardio training will not only burn calories, but it also helps to decrease blood pressure, improve overall cardiovascular health and help to reduce the symptoms of stress. Modifications are provided for each exercise that can be both higher or low impact, and your instructor will work with you to determine what is the safest and best fit for you. Cardio classes include HIIT Training, Step, Tabata, and Cardio Boxing. We’ve got you covered, in sweat. 😅
